Somatic Trauma Coaching

A safe space for you to release trauma,
and find more regulation in your nervous system

When a child’s basic needs for love, protection, and nurturing are not met, it can result in deep-seated emotional wounds that persist into adulthood.

Children exposed to trauma may experience a range of emotional responses, including fear, anxiety, depression, and difficulty trusting others. Their cognitive abilities may be impaired, and trauma can disrupt their academic and social development. As these children grow into adulthood, they may face a higher risk of mental health conditions and certain physical health issues
